We don't demand long commitments from our clients. We can scope bespoke activity or start a retained relationship with nothing more than a three-month understanding.

Why don't you do standard 12-month contracts?

When a client engages us, we want to ensure that the partnership is the right fit for both parties. By avoiding long-term contracts, we can remain flexible and responsive to our clients' evolving needs. In all honesty, when a relationship in comms is not working, it's not working for either party and we don't want to be tied-in to that kind of situation either.

Fortunately, it has never been a problem. Every client we have started a partnership with which was expected to be on-going has been just that. We've never separated from anyone after three months, partly because we have ensured a good fit before starting.

Success is measured against the specific business objectives we establish at the outset.
